Quite a nice house just to enclosed to neighbours and to overlooked all around tge rear garden.

The quality of finish, use of materials, attention to detail is at a level rarely seen today. Having seen the price, I would estimate the rebuild cost would exceed its market value, so it's a bargain.

Is the field being used for anything? Also, are they tearing down the tennis court to build a 20 car garage?

That’s lovely. Beautiful location too so I’m sure that will be sold quickly. Just needs doors on the en-suites which I’m sure the lucky buyers would sort if they want that extra privacy

There's a law in the UK that allows you to withhold your taxes from the government and put the money in a trust until your government stops supporting war crimes and genocide. e.g. look up on the internet "NO TAX FOR GENOCIDE"

What an amazing place to live!! Probably could do more with it too.

Everything anyone could want in a large home, very tastefully decorated and appointed with only a few of the rooms needing attention such as the bathroom suite in the principle bedroom. Furthermore this house represents fantastic value for money but one imagines that the upkeep of the property would require a large on going financial commitment. On the downside I think that the property appears to stick out like a sore thumb compared to the houses close by, this is something that would put off potential buyers I feel however my knowledge of the area is absolute zero so this is just an assumption. This is among the best properties I've seen on these types of channels and gets an 8/10.

I wish you would do a proper walkthrough and not this jerky camera action, you did not do this property justice

Nice house , terrible shame the poorly maintained thatched roof , should be combed and treated every 5 years , evident by the moss and lichen this has never been done . This will cost new owners an absolute fortune , I would recommend removing from market until this has been done , this will always happen due to close proximity to large trees which block out sun and therefore unable to dry out sufficiently after rain which encourages moss growth which in turn will rot the thatch , when buying a property with a thatched roof you need to do your research on treatments and insurance implications , I am speaking through experiences I made in the past .

Out my budget by 250 but wow what a home everything you could want in a character property with modern high end finishes some lucky son of a gun is going to be extremely happy there I’m a retired builder in oz and would jump at that place if in my budget
