Nice house , terrible shame the poorly maintained thatched roof , should be combed and treated every 5 years , evident by the moss and lichen this has never been done . This will cost new owners an absolute fortune , I would recommend removing from market until this has been done , this will always happen due to close proximity to large trees which block out sun and therefore unable to dry out sufficiently after rain which encourages moss growth which in turn will rot the thatch , when buying a property with a thatched roof you need to do your research on treatments and insurance implications , I am speaking through experiences I made in the past .

Out my budget by 250 but wow what a home everything you could want in a character property with modern high end finishes some lucky son of a gun is going to be extremely happy there I’m a retired builder in oz and would jump at that place if in my budget

I worked here in for 17 years when it was a beautiful home for young adults with learning disabilities That was before barnardos flogged it off for a profit scattering the unfortunate occupants far and wide 😪

I love how each room has its own design and color scheme. Each is unique and inviting in its own way.

Why is no price given?

Too bad there is almost nothing of the original interior details left. Floors, fireplace mantels, cornices, floorplan - all gone.

I love the use of color in the house, especially in the kitchen.
