This was a rushed flight over The old side of D'Hanis. I plan on a more thorough flight soon.

Pulling with skid street wasn't going to work, even though chain broke.

Old cotton gin in Britton Texas. This is the last of five buildings we were hired to remove.
I lived in D’Hanis a long time ago. This really brings back memories. Thank you so much! Danny Snyder
cool video. wanted to use some of it on my D'Hanis game wraps. th-cam.com/video/u-WpJCAyjVc/w-d-xo.html
Thanks Mr. Penney. You did a great job!
Thank you! I know it needs some narration or some background music, I'm still new at this!
@@powrpacks - I hope you don't mind, but I shared it in our group called Rockcrusher Country News on FB. All former residents are loving it...along with those of us still here. I said where I found it and who made it.
@@WeLolliShirley of course not! I made the video because I love small towns and the people and the history that go along with them. I'm just happy that some folks are enjoying watching my video! What would be really cool would be to get someone who knows the town well enough, to narrate along with the footage to tell people about the places they're looking at. Of course that would be tough with the relatively short length of the video.
Kevin Penney That wouldn’t be me. I sound like a frog when recorded and with a very heavy Texas twang. Lol.
Kevin Penney I will mention it to the group and maybe someone will volunteer.
Lots o memories there
Excellent (and recent!) view of a tiny town I knew very well MANY years ago, so thanks for the memories. Are you from the area or just visiting to take cool videos? I am amazed how steady the cameras are now... and I assume they're easy to fly, too? Gotta get one. MY only complaint about these kinds of videos is my impulse to swipe the screen over a little... I want to drive!
My brother lives in Uvalde, and I pass through there pretty often. If there is a particular area of the town your interested in, that I missed, just let me know and I'll make a second video!
Skid steer- stupid auto complete..
This is part two with a bigger chain and a bigger tractor. This time it came down..
