Amazing Talented individuals creating the Great Group!

what impresses me is all the young people buying into these tried and true songs, playing tunes that make sense and challenge their talent. the young ones play as if seasoned veterans. and, they know so many songs by heart, for sure as if they have played them for years.

It doesn't sound a whole lot like bebop to me but I still dig it. The sax player is very much reminiscent of Benny Carter, one of my favorites. Inspiring to see a family work together like this and dedicate their minds to music! Subscribed now...

Nice !! Would love to hear this with the whole band ! Even your originals sound very much like 1890-1930's music. I think in the 1940's a lot of the great jazz musicians went to more "Pop" music than jazz. Even Glen Miller, Harry James, Guy Lombardo, Dorsey Brothers, etc. were more POP music than real jazz. They were just using jazz instrumentation and feel for Pop music.
