【#2】Film Camera Tokyo: Pentax 67II Review
The Leica M3 is a very good camera. However, when I was shopping for a 35mm rangefinder, I did not consider the M3 because I knew my first lens would be a 35mm f/1.4 and I knew that the M6 did a better job handling 35mm focal length lens.
anyone know which rolleiflex can do double exposures ? I'm looking to buy one and I do a lot of double exposures so it's a feature that is important to me. There should be a little switch (so I've heard) on/under the crank.
How many shoots did you made with your technic of loading the film?
Don’t think you need to wind it up to the first shot. Try to turn and hold the counter to 1 before you close the film back. Then you can just advance and shoot. I think it will work, but not sure if the film counter will increment or not. It will probably not increment.
Very nice video. Thanks. I was wondering how can you set ASA? It is usually set to 100 ASA. I use mostly 400 ASA film rolls. However, I couldn't manage to spin ASA dial. Could you give a tip?
Take ty mask off bro 🙄
Nice video
Love it!!!
Hey guys, do you guys do rentals for these film cameras?
Try smaller apertures, f/22 for longer time, 1 minute or longer.
Will this work for the Pentax 67ii?
💯🇹🇷⭐️👍 I have 1 of this F3 device, it is very clean, it is for sale, if anyone is interested, there is a video on my TH-cam channel.
Sugoi ! I have just bought a Mamiya C3 TLR. Wish I had had it when living in Kyoto.
Nice video. Thanks for the real world data. I recently picked up a 35mm summilux in Tokyo after buying the LLL 35mm summicron v1 replica last year (which has been great).
Gosfdaded
single frame ("half" frame) is slightly larger than a 35mm cinema frame. If it's good enough to project onto a 90ft screen I think the quality is ok
Café chorreado at the begining of the video?
you are very talented, i am currently half way through a roll of ultramax on my f3 as well, this is inspiring
I’m very interested in a comparison with v1 versus v2 28mm on a m10m. Anyone?
Nice! I like how you matched the look of the video with the pictures somehow. Is the classic Summicron the Type 1 version?
I'll be in Japan in the fall and I'm wondering how to take Makin with me :) I really like your movie
Is the “rangefinder base” longer on an M3 than an M6? I thought they were the same, which allows the same close-focusing distance. The M3 viewfinder has a 0.91x magnification, which ostensibly makes focusing 50, 90, and 135 mm lenses easier. However, the M6 TTL body can be obtained with a 0.58x, 0.72x, or 0.85x optical viewfinder (and at least the 0.85x version can be the newer MP style that doesn’t flare as much).
I don't watch the video of a guy hiding his face 🤢
Can you explain how to use light meter for rolleiflex 2,8 e3 ? It’s too complicated?!
Using a 35mm spool really helps keeping the film aligned in the center ;) I shoot my Hasselblad like this sometimes. It's a fun way to change perspective.
I will buy the 35 Ti since that is my preferred focal length. A small pocketable point and shoot 35mm with aperture priority and exposure compensation when needed. Will make this a perfect street shooter and companion to my Nikon F3hp SLR. I will disable the flash through the menu as I never need one.
Thinking about investing in these bad boys... I have one Minolta and Pentax MX and would love to get some easier point-and-shoot camera for landscape/streets mainly... The Taiwanese flags made me happy :) I am currently in Taiwan haha
...truly disappointing video with very little substance. Waste of time, if I'm going to be honest - I say this as a true lover of Leica glass (through the ages).
awesome video!
Very beautiful episode, thanks for sharing! And nice images in Inokashira Park. Some historical additions maybe. 2.8 Models startet with A to F, FX; lenses first being Tessar, then Biometar (Carl Zeiss Jena), after that usually Planar or Schneider Xenotar. Other famous women photographers that should be mentioned include Diane Arbus, Nina Leen and Lee Miller (occasionally). Also outstanding work with Rolleiflex was done by Pierre Verger in Brasil.
Very nice, what app did you use?
Where did you get the straps? They look amazing and are just what I've been looking for
The strap brand is Artisan & artist
amazing video
would you selling one of those to me? :D
what film was used for those beautiful shots?
Beautiful work ! Excellent homage. Did you use a ND filter or just use F16 and above ?
Where can I get one other than eBay? They can't be trusted.
Are these drum scans?
Not much of a review, but nice to see the camera in action.
BIZ CLIZ 4 LIFE
Nice!!
Use a paper lead not to waste so much film!!
All the pointless b-roll kills this for me
Great video my friend 👌
Love the video. Titarenko's work is amazing and your iteration on it is fantastic.
I have the V2 (6 element) and love it!
Lovely setup and images
Hi thank you very much, I know there is a hype out there and just show me that and thank you for this.
thanks for the comparison!
THis Zeiss or the M7?
