Whenever i mess up or get bad grade i just get..such rush of negative thoughts, even if i was kinda expecting the bad grade.
i have no idea why i even like- broke down i was so tired, everything is a blur, i just vividly remember shaking & crying, wanting to pull my hair out while the math teacher was guilt tripping me and talking shit, saying why im getting help from our head teacher who doesn't teach math..i went there bc i just wanted to be left alone, somewhere i can just..calm down on my own but i couldn't say so because i was crying..then obviously crying more bc of the math teacher, almost choking.
i hate school, i hate the teachers, i hate the system. everything.
This is such..maybe even quite traumatizing situation for me, this may have been my 1st ever anxiety attack. gosh i just wanna hide from the world forever
