ReFIT (Remodeling for Independence Together) is a 501(c)(3) Oregon nonprofit that provides no-cost home modifications to financially and physically challenged members of the greater Portland area.

Since 1997, our 100% volunteer-run organization has made it possible for our neighbors to navigate their homes safely and live independently with dignity. Thanks to our compassionate directors, partners, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, donors, and event attendees, we're able to give these homeowners a second chance.

Some ways we directly impact our community is by installing wheelchair ramps, bathroom grab bars, ADA-compliant sinks and toilets, widening doorways, and more.
