Coming back to this vid to get the url to recommend it to others I wanted to mention adapting them to wargaming. Once finished, they are on the delicate side needing custom boxes to protect them. They can also be much protected with light dustings of hair laquer. Don't spray it at them, use individual light coats sprayed above them and allowed to drop down onto them. Let each layer dry thoroughly and then repeat, we used eight layers/mistings for the best results but I think a few more wouldn't hurt. Even allowing this they do shed over time but the fibre base becomes surprisingly resilient and the scatter can be retouched every ten or so games for a couple of minutes a tree at most. Well worth the efforts

That was a very interesting and different approach to making wire trees, and one that I will deffo be having a go at in the future! The end result looked absolutely wonderful! I'm now gonna like 'n' sub so that i can't enjoy some more of your art and craft skills, and hopefully get some new inspirations! 👌👍
