Question, I've been using the GPT PDF AI and AI drive to search long legal supplements. It works ok, chatGPT can't handle long PDFs. do you prefer a tool like notebook LM to search all PDFs over all the other PDF search tools out there?

You forgot Clean Up tool in Photos for erasing people and objects in iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1 and macOS Sequoia 15.1 (believe me, its not only on iPad and iPhone its also on Mac)

Useless. First of all, it's limited, it turns itself after a few minutes, then you won't be able to use it for another day. Secondly, it's too casual, and as a result wasting a lot of times on saying things that could have been left out, and third, you can't interrupt it. On top of that, the information provided isn't as good as just just using chat text instead, it's clearly not the most sophisticated AI, I get far better (to the point!) answers with OpenAI 4o

The Usage Model seems to be overly stingy! - After using the Voice services only for about an hour, it is now locked out from voice usage. 5 days on and counting, every time i 'try' and use the mic to dictate a question, let alone hear its answer spoken, all i see is a Block screen saying: "We're out of time Please come back later or subscribe to the Copilot Pro for more usage" What a Bore off!! - I'm not paying £19.99 a month just so i can speak to the bloody thing & hear it speak back, LIKE IT USED TO for FREE! (Albeit more simply) -Pull your Finger Out Microsoft!

This podcast could be used to feed your advanced voice mode. As per your demonstrated workaround! More, automating most of the things while using a varied list off models for image creation, text to voice and so much more can be fully done in an automated manner with ComfUI, free and open source all you need is a powerful GPU (So you can run all open source models at home!). The end result would be FREE, with exception for the calls to paid for interactions via API's calls in the nodes you used in ComfUI workflow when using in example ChatGPT. This would be a good testing platform to see if that specific workflow can be turned into a mobile app. If you can code that app is not even a requirement to get started, as Cursor's FREE thirty day trial would do it for you. IMO i DONT really see a need for Copilot , it DOESNT DO ANYTHING its more like a friend. it CANT search like cortana or really do anything cortana did. if you need a cortana replacement THEN use the BING CHAT (copilot) or chromes Gemini . MS copilot is ACTULLY 2 TWO things 1 COMPANION which is just AI to talk to and cant DO ANYTHING and 2 COPILOT (bing) CHAT a REPLACEMENT for cortana other than that COMPANION IS FUN but USELESS

I honestly didnt understand the point of Notebook, but this video addressed that, thank you! I have to battle Gemini to properly reference where its pulling the information from. Very often, it has issues providing the correct page number, or transcribing a quote to search the document. That said, these tools are so close to being epic! If the stange anomalies like memory skipping/drift/slippage can be solved (for Gemini), we will see an explosion of intellectual efficiency. Even in their current state, the speed at which l can gain the knowledge l want from a company annual report is incredible. I think Notebook will take this to the next level with proper references links.

It's cool that it can do my accent (Scottish) but it can't do Chinese, Korean or Japanese accents as well as others. It says it's offensive haha so is it actually offensive or do those folk not have a funny bone in them ?

I downloaded Copilot on both my iPhones and noticed that on one phone the voice is talking through the speakers while on the other phone you have to hold it close to your ears as if you were in a call. I checked all the settings but can't figure out how to switch the voice to speaker mode.

I’m not a fan of this update. The previous version seemed better responses . This one gives non-answers like “that’s interesting, how do you feel about that” , instead of just giving a straight answer .
