The understanding of HV ammunition in a small caliber weapon like an smg shows the research and details put into his work. The constant checking of ammo levels, sturdying his feet when firing the HV rounds, all show an understanding of physics, tactics, and combat.

i remember reading this scene in the manga yearsss ago, and i had already decided that i prefer ass over titties, my homies all prefered tig ol bitties and i was the odd man out; but after readin this exact scene i knew in that very moment, i was always in the right. ass > titties anyday.

everything is so good. the directing, music intros, action, gadgets, background art, etc. only thing i didnt like was the look of the major at the end. her face drawing looked really weird.

Watching this makes you realize that the true glory years for anime were the 70’s through 90’s. While the anime industry had its fair share of bad works, the majority were absolutely incredible. Anime used to have a sense of mystery, a sense of darkness and danger and stylishness that Hollywood couldn’t replicate and that attracted you to it. Today its more mainstream and bigger but anime seemingly lost all those things. The sad reality is works like GITS and a lot of the 90’s anime wouldn’t be made today or couldn’t be made without making it too clean or consumable for a mainstream audience.
