Hi gorgeous ❤️ so I’ve only shopped on Kollyy this one time but I had no issues. Shipping was like a few weeks, payment went fine. Sizing is good for the most part except the small or stringy items. I haven’t ordered from them again but they gave no issues from my experience!!

hi friend!!❤️ I’m sorry to hear about your recent health issues but I am happy that you are recovering, I am no expert but I can give you my personal advice! Food is a huge struggle to me (I truly wish we didn’t have to eat) cause despite it being tasty & energy providing it is inconvenient and sometimes leads to nausea. Since you have a fast metabolism & struggle with eating a lot you need to eat meals/snacks that are very high in protein nuts like peanuts, almonds, pistachios are really good or peanut butter etc. you’ll also need high dairy fats like milk, cheese, eggs, meats. To answer your other question Yes going to the gym or working out building muscle in general will help you gain weight! Muscle weighs more than fat/bone. Try eating smaller meals more often if you’re able to. Working out also makes me personally hungrier because you are burning calories you need. The gym can be an intimidating place but nobody goes to judge! As soon as you feel comfortable get in there or just work out at home but use weights or an item of furniture so you can build muscle. I didn’t even know it was called a helix until today! Lol honestly the healing process was super rough I thought it was never gonna just heal, it would constantly get in the way or hooked on my hair. The key is you have to go back to your piercer after a few months and they will shorten the bar! It helps so so much. Nobody told me that so I just went back recently and that changed everything for me!

@@anon2218 10 months! It’s literally still healing but the piercer told me that if I would’ve shortened the bar after 4-6 months it would’ve been better

How are you doing now? You can work your way back up!! Rule #1 is don’t stress that’s a huge factor that will work against you. Get a plan together, increase the amount you’re eating (+calorie intake), change what you are eating (focus on high protein foods; lean meat, fish, eggs, beans etc), get a workout plan together (you must eat before and after working out) & if that doesn’t start giving you results increase calories. You could drink protein shakes, eat bars, avocados something that will give your body those fatty proteins if needs!! Hope this helps you got this!
