my dad bought one of these sande ace new in 1956 -57. started out with a 20hp then got a 35hp motor. he lived in shelton wa, used it on hood canal and mason lake. he lights up every time i ask him about it. he loved that boat more than anything. i remember it needing restored as a little kid, dad hired a friend to help put it back together . they stopped working on it for a while. so i took upon myself to help out. i nailed the new plywood deck on with a million little nails. the man come back over to work on it. he was so mad!!! he yelled at me and gave up on the project. i must have been about 5 years old. then dad sold it a few years later to a man in beaverton oregon. must have been around 1977. i sure wish i could find it. id buy it back if it survived.

I have been on those mountain roads around taipei and this is something i do not recommend to do as there are many cyclists and joggers.

Mmm, felt like they were always in a gear to low. Loads more speed to be had. Seems faster as revs are high in low gears. Shift up man!!
