Can Marshall JVM do Bedroom levels?
I decided to try my JVM 410h at very low levels to see if it still sounded ok and honestly it did. And it felt good as well. Trust me this thing can go loud F and it can do the other thing! Like and Subscribe!

Both cabs sound great!
Great sound. What were volume and master settings ? Guessing its OD1 yellow channel ? I have 215c but wanna sell it and buy 410 head, but I'm afraid it will be too loud.
Master and channel volume about .5. yes it was OD1 orange.
Incredible sound
It does sound pretty great for low volumes. I was surprised a bit. Sounds amazing opened up though. 😊
my jcm800&1960bx has to plug through the ox box ,to attenuate the vol,but still sound great!thanks for sharing, nice playing!
I bet your setup sounds great. Nothing like an opened up 800! Thanks for your comment.
Did you move the same speaker between the 2 cabs or just leave in the stock speakers?
I just left the stock speaker in. So V30 in the 1960 and G12k-100 in the MF400. I know its not scientifically correct but I just wanted to see how they sounded when recorded. I would like to try some v30 or greenbacks in the MF400 cab though and see how that sounds.
@ for sure! I just wanted to check what kind of test it was! I have an mf400 and a 1960 and 3 different varieties of v30, I think I might have to do an extensive, scientific comparison! I currently have a x pattern in my mf400, so 2 k100s and 2 v30s (one from 1995 and one from 2002) the v30s sound ridiculously good
@@AiiZStudio I really want to put a pair of V30's something similar in an x patter with the k 100's. I think it would make quite a difference.
Both Cabs sound great - nice video btw! :) For me, nothing beats the 1960 Lead and 1936 Lead with G12-T75...just feeling more comfortable with the T75's...got also a 2x Vintage 30, that sounds okay, but too sharp in my opinion and one 1xV30 from E-Wave, that I really love...but my 1960 Lead and 1936 Lead are THE Cabs for me...dirty, warm, full and fat, always clear, but never sharp.
Thanks! My favorite cab is the 1960av so far, but I haven't had the chance to try a lot of different cabs. Would love to grab a 1960 B cab to try out and complement my 1960av. Thanks for the comment.
@@DingeyBasementRecordings Sounds like a good plan, to combine the 1960 Lead B with the av - as far as I know is it an often used combination! :D Wish you lots of fun with that Speaker Cabs! :)
Hi. When I do a transpose I hear both the transposed note and the original note. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance!
I find that you have to make sure that your monitoring system is louder so that you can't hear your guitars natural sound in the room. That may be your issue. If its coming through your monitors itself, then I would say you may have direct monitoring on your audio interface set to on. Hope this helps you!
@@DingeyBasementRecordings Thank you! I'll check.
great sound!!!its hard to contral the gain, but you did it.
Ya you need to find the balance for sure but once you do you are rewarded with a nice lush clean sound.
Finaly someone playing metal on this amp, really good tones!!!!
Glad you like it. Thanks 👍
nice sound!!thans for sharing the chain, helps lot!
No problem. Hope it helped.
That is how Hetfield-riffs are meant to be played! Great feel!!
Thanks a lot. Appreciate the comment.
I use gojira x but with clean chords there are a lot of artifacts even on -1. How could it be ?
THIS SAVED MY LIFE! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Thanks for watching. Glad it helped you
Do you have cracked version?
No I payed for it.
TH-cam has been hiding the discount code in other entries sections so if you cant see it, click on the "comments" section in youtube studio to view it
Very trippy haha. Is there a specific time signature or is the meter constantly changing? Cool either way! Discount code is 25252525
I wrote it at 200 BPM with blast beats in mind. But do what you please with it.
There is actually alot more to the riff/song but you asked for 15+30 secs. Lol
thanks for the code btw!
Just saw this. Nice job!! Thank you so much. I'm glad you like the captures
Thanks. Your captures are definitely some of the best Jarrod.
Yeah sick 🤘🏼
Great playing and tone! 🤘🤘
Thanks a lot!
-6 is actually A# and -8 is actually G#. -5 and -7 are B and A
Oh really? I just figured that it went by half steps at a time. Is there somewhere to confirm this?
@@DingeyBasementRecordings Our range is 12 semi tones right (or 1 octave) ? Starting at E going backwards E > D# (-1) > D (-2) > C# (-3) C (-4) > B (-5) > A# (-6) > A (-7) > G# (-8) > G (-9) > F# (-10) > F (-11) > E -(-12)
@@ridesharesydneydrivers8592 thanks man
Hello, is it possible not to hear the DI sound at the same time as the reamp without recording? I can't find a solution. thank you
I will have look into it and get back to you.
thank you @@DingeyBasementRecordings
@@stradi6449 Hey so I did some digging and found that if I have my DI track input set to none and the output set to usb 5, then set your recording track to usb 3 I didn't get the dry DI track coming through. I hope this helps you out! Thanks!
th-cam.com/video/cgIuHShcvXk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=-6A_jBvTc3M7F6eV
Instead of doing a "send" change the output on the DI track to the input of the QC instead of "main" and the DI won't come through your main speakers.
B Standard starts to sounds meh, kinda messy and floppy. Not even mentioning A. D Standard was ok, C was more or less ok too though.
I agree 💯 with you there. I like D standard and C was decent any further and yes it just doesn't sound right but I would not recommend dropping that low without tuning your guitar down.
@@DingeyBasementRecordings yup, even with Digitech Drop pedal (that is making better pitch shifting than any software as users claim) you shouldn't go any lower than 1 or 2 full steps. Well, of course if you wanna reach a brown note aka Drop Q - you may do it, lol
Getting some good tones!!
Thanks alot Jarrod!!
Awesome jam man
