What happens if you follow Mutants and Stalkers around the map without interfering? I have tested this for a many hours to see how they travel and interact together. Some info about the process: I had to follow an npc with detached camera whilst hiding my skif to prevent aggro, once the npc despawned, each cut you see in the video is because the npc despawned and i had to move up and spawn them...
