Glad you are enjoying your Water Cradle! Keep in mind that while water is in the Cradle it is extremely receptive. If the energy of the music you are listening to is something you want to injest and keep with you then it is fine BUT if that music or other information coming through the speakers is not filled with positive loving energy, then perhaps you ought to consider a different place.

Length is the important aspect. You can use harmonics (for example 1/2 or 1/3) if you want to maker larger or smaller.

There are many different lengths that create beneficial harmonics. Each with a little different focus - so depends on your intended outcome. For water, we really like the cubit length we discovered in 2015 which we call the Earth Resonance cubit; it resonates with the core of the Earth and it really nice for structuring water. Actually it would not - for several reasons. First, clay holds the resonance of the Earth (which has been shown to be a factor in assisting water to maintain structure) better than glass, and it allows the water to breath through the pores of the clay. This keeps the water cool (and cool water holds structure better). Next, while light is good for a short exposure, long-term exposure to direct sunlight actually robs energy from water - the same way it makes you tired after too long. It has been shown that the infrared rays from the sun are the most important for bringing structure to water. Infrared rays are available even during the night as they radiate off structures that have received sunlight during the day. Lastly, there are several parts to the structuring process; the final stage is where water sits in stillness in complete darkness. This is what Viktor Schauberger referred to as "enoblement." Direction does not matter. If you turn the triskelion over you will see that it winds the opposite direction. So both directions are represented.

It only takes 2-3 hours to make the next batch. Few folks drink more than a liter in 3 hours.
