Had I relocated to Georgia and accepted the scholarship to Morehouse College I would have been a Doctor and bought the biggest house in McDonough GA.

They need to change them racks in the pantry to actual shelves. Or some upper and lower shelving.

Marty you had me with the first words, In-law suite with washer and dryer. Love the light color floors. The 5 Bedrooms and 3+ acres would make me feel like a King with so much this home has to offer. I had to watch it twice. And green is your color. Light and open beautiful kitchen. The pantry/ Safe room is a nice feature. It's nice to have features that only you know of. I'm counting my pennies and heading to my prayer closet. Oh the covered back porch, I could cook and skip the suntan, Lol. Loved the closets in the secondary bedrooms. I can see family coming and wanting to stay. I'd have to hire Fake police officer to threaten them to leave.Lol Thank you again. For putting up with me.Can't remember if I took my med's. Great home and great realtor. All the best! MP.

I have been watching your shows for quite a while Marty you have stepped up your game in presentation is that house is a AAA one house if I ever decide to move to the Atlanta area you will be my realtor the only thing I wish is I could have seen more of the backyard and definitely the the garage you know men love to see the garage

My second time coming across your radar and the first time seeing you for the first time. Wow that dress and smile made me feel like I was talking to family. The home is lovely , but at my age of 66 I'd like to see something on one floor with similar amenities. Maybe a townhome, corner unit lots of light, small but relaxing backyard for pie and tea before bed. And a place for Jack a dog to keep me from boredom. Gated but not heavily populated. Or 1600- 1900 Sq foot with two masters for guest or family visits. Patio with cook wear and small entertaining area. I'd like to take off some times for mini day or week trips. Not a fan of HOA's but I understand if it came about. Thank you for showing that pretty smile and if I where to but a property sister you would be the face I'd like to help me feel I'd done the right thing. Family on 3, 123, Family. This would be great for a generational thinking family. Three generation type. The world we live in today our families need to become focus on growth without financial pressure. It takes two retired incomes and two working class families along with the grands participating in the future of generational wealth. I grew up with parents and grandparents in the same home. If we could only understand the pass ways aren't working. Families would become closer, and respect and care would lead us to have more than before. May 18, 2024
