Hey there Lenie, even though this is over a year old, the video was great. I print full-page 13x19 prints - photo, a LOT of them, so while the Canon has great quality, my fear is the amount of ink that I will have to go through is HUGE, so the EcoTank is the best option for me. But based on your review, I will go with the 8550 over the 15000. Great video, thanks again!

You can only partially compare the Canon with the other printers. It is in a completely different price category than the other two devices. I'm currently looking for a new printer I can use for my crafting stuff. Sadly the 8550 and 15000 aren't in my price range.

Those are not the right images to test print for comparison purposes. The 8550 is the best printer by far, the most accurate when using ICC profiles, and the cheapest long life ink around. Each Epson ink droplet is encapsulated as only Epson knows how yo do.

Great video. How does the Canon print on cardstock? I actually bought this one to replace my Epson 7840 due to the expensive ink and inability to use 3rd party ink. I usually print digital papers on cardstock. I hope the quality is just as good.

Baby wipes to clean, and use Takit to make it sticky again. Just mix the Takit with water so it doesn’t get to a strong grip. I don’t trash my mats.
