BWC without NOC is illegal and there are no govt facilities. This society is based on corrupt practices of hiding all charges, total results of ballotting . On the basis of announcement of low cost, poor people society and Islamic teachings/principles traped huge numbers of people and now on exit from society, i.e, on refund 60-65% deduction is made from their originally paid money.
