We brought you Sibaya Coastal Precinct’s first residential development, OceanDune Sibaya. Really enjoyed the discussion. The work being done is really encouraging and the vision you have is refreshing! To the point Schalk made - there really is a massive opportunity to better communicate and market the benefits of precinct living.
Great prospects indeed, Kzn is underrated by South Africans. Clubmed coming to Kzn-Ballito, the entire Kwa Dukuza area will be revitalized, so slowly but surely...by 2030 it will be on par with Cape Town. Interesting developments at Sibaya Precinct impressed 👌🏽.

Well this is awkward. You guys really know how to rub salt in the wounds. All that water rechannelled to the southern end of Bellamont Road resulted in Surfside being hit hard this month. Thanks for making countless people homeless!

Salta are trying to delete all negative comments to protect themselves from shoddy work, bribes and unprofessional work. Please keep on sharing that they caused the disaster in Umdloti
This twat claims the site/s had very little damage and drained really well? Really? Did he not notice how the shitty drainage from his sites ruined homes and destroyed people's lives? Wake up people, this is a wolf and sheep's clothing!!
