I love the ibis paint tutorials.

I tried nine months later and it worked the other way around, I mean, instead of giving me free time, it just ate the hour I had XDD I am sad because I can't draw now :(

if this isn't working, try to go to settings, click ibis in app folder then click repair and reset.

The only thing am struggling is when i wanna zoom in or out and move the picture of my drawing.

This is why i use medibang 😂 One hour for me is just procrastinating and thinking why the f did i even started in the first place... The next 5 hours is me trying to get the perfect strand of hair 😂

they js patched this recently so i decided to set my time and date a day after and it worked- it might be laggy at first tho

i've noticed this trick does not work anymore.. delete ibispaint then reinstall it. all your projects will be saved, but not your brushes, so make sure you export the brushes you want. it is tedious to do every time, but it's the only fix i know right now.

It had been working for a long time but recently it stopped working? When I open the app after using the 60mins the "read only" will get resetted to be toggled off???

man I was working on something then suddenly Ibis paint locked me out of it, THEY FIXED IT. I really need to finish my project today, it's so over.

Please update us or anyone let me know if theres another way then the way you normally get through this lil trick *whats on this video* since ibis paint just recently patched up this trick now it doesn't work anymore, i tried downloading the older version before this update and tried to do the exact same trick but it does not work still, PLEASE. Please let me know if yall have any other solutions, thanks :D !

As of sept 2024 this is no longer working. Help

so guys idk if its just me but hopefully not. so after the most recent update i cant do this anymore. everytime i check the read only, and then i open the app itll reset and the check disappeared and then itll return the time limit normally with no reset after you close the program

if youre like me, and dont wanna switch because you dont bother to learn a new drawing app, you can just go to settings and reset ibispaint, this will reset timer, and wont delete your artworks or impact the timelaps, the only thing that'll be gone are your custom brushes and custom colors

Recent update patched up this crack like yesterday, but I found a way to make it work. go to settings>apps>installed app>ibis paint, press the 3 dots beside ibis paint to open the drop down, and press advanced options. then scroll down, and under the heading 'Reset', press the button 'reset' (not 'repair'). And it resets the timer. When i tried resetting, it didn't delete all my work, but just to be sure, before resetting, copy all the files and folders in users>[your user]>IbisPaint and paste it in a temporary folder. Then, in case your work gets deleted, you can paste all that back into the IbisPaint folder and replace the folders that are already there.
