Hey bro you can trouvete the stp 3d pls
Thank you, it's very beautiful! 🖤🐚🔥
@@Hearrt69 you are very welcome! Yes, its nice, fast and pretty cool haha :)))
It says bones for different objects selected. Any ideas for what i can try to fix it?
Отлично, то что нужно, чтобы сбрасывать в качестве инструкции.
thanks man, really helpful

10 sec, no unecessary intro, talking, straight to the point. Thank you. Take your upvote and a comment for the algorythm.
Thank you. This is the way. And also a type of content I do prefer for myself so it had to be made like this. I knew people with the same approach and mindset will notice appreciate. 🙇🏻♂️🫡
@@3d.errorist Oh I definitely do and hope to see more such great spot on short tutorials / info videos and hope that many others will also enjoy them as much as I do. :) Keep going
My vetices aren't showing. Lines are, but that's it?
@@Shajoyhig sounds like you are not in the vertex mode? Press 1 and you should be able to see vertices. If that wont help I would need to have a look at the screenshot 🤔
This saved my project.❤
@@gamedictionary7651 happy to hear that! Good luck there! :)))
ok
🙃
Thank you so much!! I didn't know how to choose the vertex color in the substance new version
You are more than welcome! And yeah, biggest and newest updates in most software can become a bit tricky 😅 good luck with your project :)
they removed it from node wrangler
They removed what from node wrangler? I haven't got enough time to run through all the new updates of blender 4.3. but they seemed to be quite many again... 😏
Why do i find it hard to model a wc man?? Bout to binge on your tutorial and see if i get ahy better😩🤧
@@hillaryobatavwe3792 😆you can do it! Take your time and follow step by step. You can always visit Grant Abbitt youtube channel. He is having a really awesome tutorials for the newbie’s 💪
Back here to say thank you man Your tutorial helped me a lot All thanks to you my wc creation looks nice 😂😂 Or fair rather
@@hillaryobatavwe3792 You are more than welcome! GG to you not giving up and proving yourself that you can do it! haha 😏 🔥everything its just a matter of practice so keep going. btw. do you need this wc for a project or you felt the need to model a wc? lol
hi, i was wondering if theres a way to make the ocean infinite/very large. i need it for a video-render
Howdy! Yes, but it can go crazy on your machine. I would recommend you to invest a bit of time and try to research the large ocean made with geometry node. Unless you have a super hero pc that can render fast enough very heavy projects... if you want whatever drop: "Create Large Scale Oceans in Blender" and you should have more than one solution for it, but its most likely not GN.
If you ever come to this tutorial for version 4.3 or a newer update. Although keep in mind that Blender updates frequently and you might need to ask for help on forums on how to do some stuff in newer versions. When you need to collect multiple vertices, hold shift and righ click the rest of the vertices that you need. To install the add ons, go to Edit->Preferences->Get-Extensions->then search for all the add ons used in the video and save. If the loop tools menu don't show up by right clicking on the mouse, press W and then you'll see it at the top of the menu.
Thank you for your time and this info/update here! I'm sure it will be useful to many 🔥
Is there a way to, for example, modify the path of the pipe?
Yes, there is. You could use a technique used inside the rope tutorial: th-cam.com/video/uMPHOxIvWvw/w-d-xo.html Just make sure that the pipe is having enough of the geometry to work with.
hi there, great tutorial, could you explain why did you have to make a material for the floor?
Heey! thank you 🙇♂️ I didnt had to add material to the floor or even the floor by itself. I did that because of the mist. I wanted it to land nicely on the floor. Now while Im replying to you Im starting to question myself did I add collision to the floor... I cant remember lol but anyway! there was nothing as must or special about it. What made you ask this question? 🤔
@@3d.errorist well its for a college project, im making a character and decided to do an alchemist, so naturally he would have a lot of cauldrons. however, i wasnt going to fill the caldron, but i need to texturize so i asked just to be sure if i needed or not
also i watched only part i and iv (sorry 😬), because i tought i would need just this, so i may be asking smt that you did in the other parts
Great video but its still silly that you can't select polys and set weight from a menu
I can't tell is there irony and how much of it... haha :D what do you mean from a menu? are you talking about using more shortcuts which had nothing to do with the menu?
@@3d.errorist No, he is talking about, selecting faces and then make something like right click and setting those faces to 1 weight or 0, or whatever amouth, without the need of actually use the brush.
@@dt295 You can actually, the shortcut is Ctrl + X and it's really handy!
@@dt295 yes, I can see that now and it make sense. I really dont get comments typed this way. Shorts was focused on how to weight pain only selected faces, not on how to select polys and set the weight easiest and fastest way possible. I appreciate any additional contribution of the knowledge inside the comment section, but when someone comes in and thinks they are smarter, know better and would do better: get your own channel and see how it goes... sorry man, it doesn't aim at you. It was me impressed with people who like to waste their time on typing something negative and leaving the room. At least he could elaborate and let people know on how to do things that he was complaining about.
Thankyou! As a beginner, just getting to grips with UV's, this was driving me crazy. Happy to see that it's such a simple fix!
You are welcome! GG not giving up and finding solution! :))) 3d work is sooo complex and can drive everyone crazy, but the high dose of pleasure and satisfaction beats it up at least for most ppl lol I dont think any of us will feel truly enough advanced with the whole software haha 😅
@3d.errorist Tell me about it 😂 Once you find the solution to one problem, another problem arises and you need to learn something else... and the cycle continues haha. But yes, the end result is usually worth it 😅 Learning 3D for the most part is enjoyable, just sometimes frustrating!
why didn't you show how to do the top of cigarette?
What the heck. I skimmed through the videos and you are right, there is no top of the cigarette! When I have time I will go through all the videos once again... weird. I probably missed adding that. You can download a cigarette file from my discord server if you need it. Sorry about that and thanks for mentioning! Maybe its a good idea to make another version of the cigarette for the channel next year 🤔
@ I was stuck at that part. I ended up figuring it out. But yes keep up the good work
thank you.
You are welcome :)
Saviour!!! Thanks!
You are welcome! Good luck with your project :))
I tried creating a holed cheese for my game by myself at first, but I went about it in such an inefficient method that I thought to myself that there HAD to be a better way, and sure enough; there was. Thanks a lot, I learned a lot of new methods from this video <3
You are welcome! :)) there is always a better way for everything - we just need to be on the hunt and growth path. What is your game? You are more than welcome to join my discord server. We already have a one game dev working on his next game and using blender. I have a huge respect for all the indie studios. Good luck!
Man, thank you so much!
You are welcome! :)
i get no smoke in the end. Could this be because of scaleing, i had to sclale mine down alot but in the end the proportion of the smoke domain to the smoke emitter were the same
Im not sure which elements exactly did you scale, but there is a very high possibility that things were affected. If you think that the scale might affect the results click on the object and apply the scale. After you can bake again and see if that worked. You can also join my discord server and download the ready cigarette smoke file to compare things :) and sorry for the late reply, very busy here.
Whalla Habibi
Habibi come to dubaaaai! Haha ;)))
sweet thanks
You are welcome :))
Thanks I was stuck trying to figure out how to bend the bones with body this really helped
GG not giving up, researching and finding a solution! and good luck with your project :)
Only problem is that it's not possible to move the smoke (it has to completely re-render from the new location). Was hoping it would be possible to animate a moving cigarette (someone smoking), but it doesn't seem like this method works.
youd want to use a vide on a plane if your computer isnt the best, but you could for the volume smoke like in this video, animate the emitters position and then bake the smoke, it will work like that.
Well, it is possible, but this example is for the static cigarette. If you want to have a "cigarette on the move" you should: 1. Create an animation for the cigarette together with the fluid that emits the smoke. 2. Expand the smoke domain and make sure that the animated objects are always inside the smoke domain with enough space for the smoke to be emitted. 3. Only after steps 1 and 2 are done you press bake.
@@404-AnimationYT thanks for the input! For some reason I didn’t see your reply before posting mine 🤨
I did it according to the tutorial, but my grass ended up with a low poly appearance. Why is that?
What do you mean by low poly appearance? I'm not sure if you went through the other comments, but I already mentioned somewhere in the comment section that to get a more realistic result you need to adjust the diameter of the hair and set it from 1m to 0.1
@@3d.errorist Yes! This fixed my problem. Thank you! God Bless You
@@dannieltargino awesome! have fun with it and good luck with your project :)
thanks!
You are welcome! :))
everything works perfect except that the sand doesnt go down - it is going to the right wall also some of them penetrates the glass. Though i put some thickness and subdiv to the glass. still the same thing
🤔 it could be many things. Usually, you need a couple of tweaks depending on the size of your model. It might not go down because as you said - you added thickness that might work for the upper part, but for the bottom could be too thick. I would recommend you visit my Discord channel and from there you can download the final project of this tutorial. You can compare it with yours and play with it. Blender simulations can be a bit tricky and take time... I hope that the Blender team will focus more on this area very soon 🤷🏻♂
@@3d.errorist thank you mate. I will surely join
Then use a wave texture in the material for the normal
@@helloiamaduck9203 then you comment on the video with materials, not on the modeling the object ;)

@@3d.errorist loll can u make a vid on how to make like simple guns
@Guesty_Playz1 sorry, I wont be creating and uploading more tutorials, at least not in the near future. Next youtube videos most likely are going to be short animations/movies and etc. We had though for a while 2 guns available on my discord server, but not anymore, so you missed the opportunity haha ;p
It doesn't worked for me
I would need to have access to your file in order to tell you what else it is. You are more than welcome to join my Discord channel and share your project there. Up to you :)
Worked great - thank you!
Good to hear that! Enjoy and you are welcome :))
You usually use classic music to practice? also do you have a job as 3d artist?
I do like and enjoy classical music, but no, I actually don't turn on anything while I'm working on my projects. I'm enjoying all the sounds coming out from my window instead haha 😏 I don't want to be a freelancer or work for any studio, so there is another no... sorry haha ;p but! I do plan to work on my own short movies/clips and inside my Discord community at one point we will be working on the game, combining Blender and Unreal Engine - just for fun and our own pleasure haha :) what about you? are you starting your journey and want to work as a 3d artist? or maybe already a 3d artist?
@@3d.errorist Yeah some times you get saturated with music while doing some work lol . I can related to hear my surroundings too lol. Oo ok ok so you this as a hobby. What type of games are you guys making? im starting my journey lol. I want to work as 3d artist, i like it and want to level up and get a job as a 3d. My current job is bad as hell and im broke as hell lolol
@stormk-1130 sorry for delayed response. I was extremely busy with work 🤷🏻♂ yes, exactly. I'm trying to work on less distractions and more focus which is not that easy with so much information, entertainment and stuff flying around haha 😅 definitely more of a hobby, but I'm fully into it. We are not working on any games at the moment. Its more of a future projects. For now we are having "Cooperative Missions" on my Discord that are consists of 2 parts. First we choose a theme and after our AI whisperer generates list of models using AI, shares them through DMs and people are working in the shadows on their models. At the end, we share all our final models that are used in part 2. Part two is creating a render that consists of all the models created in part 1, but you of course can add additional models and objects and etc. Sorry i went with the rant about it, but its hard to mention this without a brief explanation 😅 If you planning to have a 3d as your future job I would recommend you to check the demand and what specialization is the most needed and i guess well paid haha ;p everything is possible, but make sure you have a great portfolio before you will reach out to any company. and dont give up! as long you are a hard working person and not spending your money on chicks and bars you will be all good lol
Thank you loads man, the fact that this tutorial works even after 2 years means youre good at this🎉🎉
You are welcome and Thank You! :)) preparation, recording, and editing always take a lot of time... but at one point it might not work because Blender is growing and changing so amazingly fast 😅😁 and of course, I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed making your own hat 🤠keep working on your 3d skills especially if you enjoy the process :)
where is the Normals auto smooth option in Blender 4.2?
Right-click on the model and choose "shade auto smooth" - it will add the "smooth by angle" modifier and from there you can adjust the angle 🤓
@@3d.errorist Im refering in the object data properties
@@Hades_stz yes, I know. To my knowledge this option was removed and right now there is the "smooth by angle" modifier that gives you the same adjustable angle that you had inside the "object data properties".
@@3d.errorist okay, well I tried that way and it doesn't work for me
@@Hades_stz It works, but it could give you different results than you expected if you for example had less geometry to work with. You can test it out very easily. Open a new blender project and create 2 cylinders. One with 10 vertices and another one with 24 vertices. Apply to both auto smooth and see the results. Less geometry wont be able to give you a smooth effect. Try this out to understand better.
Can’t you just go Ctrl+E bridge edge loops?
I missed including ctrl + e, so it's good that you mentioned that in the comment section! This short is a compilation of ways to fill the gap between two edges. It's not about the best way, is not about one specific way only. There are many beginners who are having trouble remembering all the shortcuts and this can come in handy in gaining extra knowledge or choosing something that you like the most. Try to think of other possible angles, not only yours. This might help you get an answer before asking the question ;)
thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaank youuuuuuuuuuu
