Eli waits for Alex, Mang Lino’s daughter who is also a TESDA graduate. Eli and Alex sit down and talk about the benefits that TESDA has given Alex, including its assistance to people of all backgrounds among many other things.

“Si Alex” continues in Eli’s story as she considers TESDA due to family needs. Her friend Joy supports her, and they meet Mang Lino who’s daughter has found success after joining TESDA. Easing Eli’s thoughts on enrolling there as a student.

“Sabi-Sabi” is about Eli, a great cook with college dreams but suffers financial difficulties. Her friend Joy pushes her to aim high, Eli despite it, contemplates about enrolling in a free TESDA program because of costs and her promise to her father. At the end, Eli is still unsure and especially since Aling Nena’s discouraging words towards joining TESDA.
