Another lovely old church. Something very serene abut these places and also for me at least very meditative places. Nice one Les. Paul 🙂👍
Very grandiose is this one, just beautiful Les 🙂👍
Ey up Les. Nature, tis some of the most wondrous music a person can ever have the pleasure of hearing, apart from the mooing of cattle which always fills me with dread, lol. Not a single vehicle to be heard, blissful. 🙂👍
Ey up me duck. A beautiful old church will always get my vote, I love them. This is no different so thank you for taking us around it and as always telling us some of the interesting history. Ay a good'un me owd 🙂👍
I’m not old enough to have seen this in the cinemas, but I would generally argue that this is my favourite Bond film. It has all the great hallmarks of the Bond formula, many of which it either invented or perfected. There are loads of memorable characters, lines and scenes, and Shirley Bassey’s title song will always be great.
I didn't see it myself when it was released cos I was only 6, but I agree that it is one of the best...A bit tame by Bond standards today, but a classic...Cheers Les🙂👍
Nice vid👍watched latest one in cinema last night 👀🦍
Thanks Kris...today's CGI is much more realistic but this was the first and it scared me to death when I first saw it ... Cheers Dad❤️

I've heard something about the lady who survived drank a jug of lard, makes me wonder if it helped her
That is true...sort of ...there are reports that those who ate the fat off meats like bacon may have had a higher survival rate...the reports were noted but whether prevented getting the plague is still under debate...Cheers Les.🙂👍
Lis Taylor was amazing 😍🤩😍 in this movie... I do think that Ravioli, Monica Bellucci's daughter can be the Next Cleopatra
She certainly has the looks for it...Cheers Les.🙂👍
Ey up Les. Another really interesting video and very enjoyable watch. A place that again I've not been to myself but one I now definitely want to visit. Hope you're enjoying the weekend my friend though this bloomin rain again 🤷 Ay a good'un me owd 👍🙂

Thanks once again for your lovely comment Juliana... Cheers Les 🙂👍
Well, David never practiced martial arts...
He did learn the basics....stars like Michelle Yeoh, are not trained martial artists either and yet she is a major actress in the movies...Cheers Les.🙂👍
Ironically he did, after Kung Fu. Consider he looked better in Lone Wolf McWade than he did in 3 seasons of the show.
@@DarrinKemp-lr1cz That is so true ...he did practice Tai Chi and against Chuck Norris he looked amazing ...it still makes me wonder what would have happened if Bruce Lee took the role in the series Kung Fu...Great comment Darrin...Cheers Les.🙂👍
@@lespickering5080 I think the restrictions the network put on the show likely would have frustrated the hell out of Bruce.
David got better at the martial arts fighting as the seasons went on. Especially later in the second season and into the 3rd. They brought in a real kung fu master Kam Yuen to consult in the fights. There was less slow motion by then, I think the later two seasons look pretty good with the fight scenes.
Ey up Les. Another place I need to do a stealth camp at though I remember there's not many decent places to pitch up there. Great watch, information and narration as always my friend. Hope you're enjoying your weekend. Yours: Paul 🙂👍
yeah it's actually all rock or bog but lower down is OK but the midges really bite...you have a great rest of the Weekend Paul ...been back to Errwood today and had a brill walk with my family ...posted it earlier on Classical Greats...no spooky goings on in this one...Cheers Les.🙂👍🤝

Ey up me duck. Another one I really enjoyed Les and the beginning of your channel hey fella 👍This was particularly interesting with your father's connection and his own scary story to tell of this place. I think i may do a stealth camp at this place as I've never been before. It will definitely be more interesting due to the ghost stories surrounding it. Ay a good'un me owd. Yours: Paul 👍🙂
Rather you than me Paul😂...this was the vid where my wife and son first used the dowsing rods ...where they reacted was the stables and kitchen area where a burglar was shot dead by the gamekeeper in the 19th Century...I have never camped there, well anywhere really but I have been there at night and felt uneasy but not afraid...Cheers Les 🙂👍

Great upload. Brilliant walk.

Did he ever have a real fight?
Bruce originally was sent to America because he was a street fighter and stayed with relatives...There are many documented fights he had and the Longbeach tournament he showed his style against world champion martial artists which there is video evidence...there are also reports of fights off screen during the making of movies but only sparring vids and photos of sparring are present...this side of Bruce Lee we will never totally know the truth and there are many fake fights posted on the web...also close friends give accounts of Bruce in real fights...Truth or Fiction?...hopefully a vid of him genuinely fighting may appear but I doubt it ...Cheers Dad❤️
Thanks. For this reason, he can not go down as a true mixed martial artist. A movie star, yes. It's like calling Rocky the best boxer. Fiction is often blurred with reality.
@@pickerpoker8947 I agree but he was a teacher of Martial Arts, he developed his own style, not just an actor...Michelle Yeoh has also been classed as a martial artist but has never trained in the arts, she like Stallone is only acting where as Bruce was both👍
Terminator is a perfect trilogy. 😎T1 T2 T3 🤩 the unnumbered spin-offs have destroyed the legacy of this saga.
