I have a 70pint, it doesnt shut off when the bucket is full, stays running when i empty the bucket, green power light stays on even when its shut off? Had it 5 yrs or so, just started acting up!

I bought the 30 pint dehumidifierfrom soleous air over 15 years ago to keep my basement dry. It has run 24/7 with the auto drain system (a garden hose). Last week it finally gave up the ghost. I will be buying another one. I dont know why everyone is having problems with theirs. Yeah a little noise buy its a basement.

I'm on my second one. First one pump quit after 2 seasons and shut it down completely. 2nd one is losing refrigerant causing coils to partially freeze up. Both died after 2 years.

Bought one today my bucket is bone dry.help please.

Problems. 1, noisy hard hear tv, dinner conversation, or sleep. 2. Bucket fills at night, or at work time and cuts off, I cannot figure out pump mode with small hose or garden hose! 3. My den room temp where unit operates will rise to 90 degrees F when AC is on in whole house. Of course humidity goes down if we heat air. I want cool dry air, not HOT DRY AIR IN ONE ROOM ONLY 4. Way to much electricity consumed to run in continuous mode. My 70 pint is 6.0 amps or 720 watts per hour. X 24 hours = 17,280 watts per day @12 cents = $62.00 per month in continuous mode. Ouch !

Crap dehumidifier. Had for two years and not collecting water as it supposed to.

Just got one today and the only thing that works on it is the radio

Looking at purchasing this. I have back issues, and don't want to constantly bend with the chest freezer. One question - does this come with a lock? Can you lock it or no?

Didn't use when i bought it at menards a couple year later plugged it in fan runs not collecting water a waste of money

Mine took a crap

Mom & Dad had a freezer in garage.Brother was vleaning a carburetor with gasoline in garage.Freeze kicked on to run as they do... boom ! Yes the house was a total loss. He was trapped in garage as the door just wouldnt open..finally a good kick and he was out..Fireman said sparks and gas fumes were the culprit.

Got it together. Has a long black hose with a little wand brush on it, I guess for stairs and furniture. Can it come off? totally confused.

I have one upright and une horizontal, same label. I bought them 7 and a half years ago; but both of them had stopped to work almost at the same time. . The upright estopped a month ago, the another las week. I don't know if they could be fixed or the company has that service. I love them because take a small place, very quiet and easy to clean.
