I changed the filter and my red light is still on!

Well I had to change my filters again this is the 2nd time...this time no matter what I couldn't get the red light to turn off...I'm so pi...sed off I bought 3 of these things and now they are useless....

I hope this works! My lease is up and the Landlord is taking me to court and gave me Notice To Quit, meaning, they want me out. I'm not a problem tenant, in fact, the apt stays in prestine condition.
