      Seems like just yesterday you could pick up a small trailer home for less than $20,000. I mean that's pretty much what they are worth. Cheapest building materials and fixtures used to construct them. I by no means am saying I wouldn't live in one but to pay that price is insane. This used to be for people struggling or who didn't earn enough money. Not anymore. And yes, I do understand that it is still incredibly cheaper than the average home now a days but still seems like they are taking advantage of that situation. Sad state we are in.
