what about high pitch whine noise during startup? its only on startup when the ac is in full speed..

Mine sounds like a loud clicking noise with no sound/hum after that when switching the AC to the on position and then another clicking sound when switching to the off position. Sounds like the blower in the furnance is working but very minimal air flow at the vents and the fan on the AC unit outside does not spin. Any idea what that could be?

The power went off in the Neighborhood. When the power went on the ac came but the MRCH1 thermostat blinks “No Signal”. And “wait” is displayed. I pressed the button on the controller to reset but it doesn’t work. Any ideas?
