Anyone having problems very edge of discs not sanding down? then is very difficult to remove under other levels
Inner tube: Replace with two holes at top, four at bottom. I have found it's best to fill while the tubes are in place, as the electrical current tends to fail if the tubes are dry. You also really do need to use the bottle brush, as the inside of the outer tube gets a coating over time that doesn't come off with simple rinsing and which will interfere with the electrical connection. A light abrasive sponge scrubbed around the top outer part of the outer tube will also help keep a good electrical connection.

Used this video to setup our EcoMaster, made it super easy. Machine was well worth the investment.
Have you worked out rough price per minute of repair? I have a few ecopro2's and i put it at around 20 cents per minute (Australian)
Also what's on Screen 4/4 ? It was not shown on the video.
Also, there's always excess dry compound on the inside ring of discs (non data part that ELM USA machines cannot clean during repair).
I have never noticed that with our Elm Eco Master machine.
