Lovely playing, great cello, also use of dynamics tempi changes are wonderful. Just twos things: your pitch-finding hammer-ons should be heard only by you, and, similarly, the clicks of the strings on the fingerboard should be almost never heard. I am a fellow cellist, congradulations on your performance!
As a Cellist who plays alot of Bach suites, sounds as if the composer just took a bunch of influences from the suites. Unfortunately, not original sounding.

Oh my. I have been a cellist for 35 years and have a) never heard these pieces, and b) never seen a performance with such a mixture of style, grace, power, control, and voicing. Truly fantastic playing Zlatomir!
There are a number of Dall'Abaco's awaiting to be rediscovered I've never heard!

You express this music so perfectly (I don’t know what other word to use) that I can’t imagine how it could be played differently and still express such beauty. Yes! It is the 1731 "Braga" Strad, which I had on temporary loan at the time of this performance in August, 2020.
