Oh gosh, I would sure want to buy this house if I lived there. Yes, it's dated, but there are some things I wouldn't change. I'd change carpeting colors and switch out the paneling, or even just paint it bone white, pale yellow, pale neutral, etc., change the countertop color in the kitchen. But the layout is so cool, and the yard looks like a nice size. It would be so much fun to update this place.
