In this detailed tutorial, we cover every step of the construction process:
1️⃣ Planning and Design: e will explore the construction steps involved in crafting a homemade wooden frame greenhouse using polythene sheets.
The initial stage of this process entails laying a solid foundation. This involves carefully selecting an area with fertile soil, followed by meticulous measurement and marking of the ground. Subsequently, bricks are laid at intervals of 1.6 meters along each side.
The dimensions of this greenhouse are 8 meters in length by 3.5 meters in width, with a height of 2.5 meters. The polythene sheet required measures 13 meters in length and 8 meters in width to cover this area.
2️⃣ laying out the foundation: the subsequent step is to install horizontal beams around the perimeter. These beams are securely joined and nailed onto the laid bricks. Following this, vertical pillars are positioned perpendicular to the foundation beams. To reinforce these pillars, a wooden piece is affixed across the 90-degree angle where the pillar meets the beam.
Once the pillars are securely in place, they are bound together with a top beam encircling them.
3️⃣ crafting the rafters:crafting and positioning the rafters. This step demands precise measurement and accurate angle cutting to ensure structural stability. A circular saw is employed to expedite this process, after which the rafters are meticulously positioned atop the binding beams and firmly secured with nails.
The rafters are then reinforced by adding two wooden beams across each side.

5️⃣ Adding Finishing Touches:refining its edges and covering its vertices with paper to safeguard the polythene sheet from tearing due to sharp edges. This meticulous detail is crucial, as any puncture in the sheet could compromise the greenhouse's integrity.
6️⃣ Fitting the polythene sheet:Fitting the polythene sheet sheet onto the frame and securing it with staples. Carefully covering the frame with the sheet, any excess material is skillfully folded and stapled securely into place.
6️⃣ Digging a trench:a trench is dug around the perimeter to bury the edges of the polythene sheet into the soil. This measure effectively prevents air and heat leakage.
