@@matthewvaughan6327 It's a natural spring that the waterways abandoned years ago. Lots of people use that particular spot, it's been tested múltiple times and its better than the water that's piped into houses, or so I'm told, it could be dodgy and I'm about to croak it 😂

@Vanlife_With_Miss_V oh, that's good😁. I'm glad it's not just some random pipe. Someone else, also called Cat, tested some local springs. She found that some weren't as healthy as she thought☹️

@SimonErrington-v3e Thank you😊 There's just chilled water in that black bottle, cos I use a thermal cup, the tea stays nuclear if I put the lid on straight away, and I'm impatient lol, so the water gets it to drinking temperature and I can drink it striaght away :) I like hot tea but i don't like a burnt mouth 😊

@@darbybell8684 Thanks for watching and for commenting😊 I do have thermal fitted screens for all the windows, but when its bright out, especially at the moment with us having a limited amount of light during the day, I like to have the windows uncovered. I'm a huge fan of blankets so I'm doing the best with what I have, and Miss V likes to be under blankets too, even in 30+° on a summers day lol, but I make sure she stays warm even on the coldest days, I'm her human hot water bottle 😂Stay warm out there ❤️

Its the age old question, which is heavier, a tonne of feathers or a tonne of concrete lol... I do love a feather duvet

@@WifeyEdwardsBoiling the kettle for a brew is the first thing i do in a morning. I only use garage water to shower, nothing else. I use bottled or tap water for everything else. Take care out there, n stay warm in the snow ❤️

@HW-op7pq Hi there😊 Yea we have a carbon monoxide detector and a smoke detector in the van, got them brand new when I bought the van, then the carbon monoxide one was replaced by the people that did my heater, so we're all covered, not worries there. I wanna live forever, lol, so I'm not risking a silly accident. I hope your daighter finds the right van for her, berlingos are great for small conversions. @@WifeyEdwards When you lose a dog it's like losing part of your heart. I never thought I'd get over my last boy, he was a staffy, and at 16 year old when he finally left, I was heart broken. I had 4 years without a dog and Violet was a turning point for me. I can't imagine life without her, she makes me smile every day. When the time's right you'll know ❤️🐕❤️

@wifeyEdwards Awww I'm so jealous right now, Scotland and snow 🥰 I agree about mistakes means learning, nobody knows everything, and I'm always happy to admit to making mistakes. I've changed most of my bulbs too, all except for some strip lights I have, which to be honest i wasn't using until I started to make videos for youtube, I'm happy tootling round in the dark usually, but filming in the dark doesnt work. And luckily the problem's sorted, no long term damage done to the batteries, and it was just me having a moment pressing the wrong switch 😂 have a fantastic evening and enjoy the snow ❤

Could I ask was that campsite open all year round and do they do service for ellson and filling up with water? I do the same washing up routine you do great minds think alike. I cringe when I see a full bowl of washing up water being used🫣.

@@Vanlife_With_Miss_V my story is, we live in the south east and are lucky to own our home so we are selling up and moving North and downsizing. Me and my wife are planning to just work 3 days a week when we need too, convert a van and start travelling as much as we can and leave the grind behind us. If all goes to plan.
