Mike Fincke guest starred in the episode Buster Spaces Out
This show gives me elementary school after school vibes I would watch it a lot as a kid back in the day 😭 I sometimes still watch it as a university student 😭
Arthur's Perfect Christmas was released on home video on September 12, 2000, two weeks before Season 5 premiered
Arthur's Eyes also contains the famous moment where Arthur accidentally goes into the girl’s bathroom
My favs are DW Grandma Thora Buster Baxter Grandpa Dave Baby Kate Francine Frenksy
It's one of my favorites, I watch it every day on PBS, and it never goes away.
Some of the characters on the show like Arthur and D.W. had to be recast with new actors
A-A-R-D-V-A-R-K
Here are my favorite episodes: Arthur's Eyes Francine's Bad Hair Day Arthur's Spelling Trubble Arthur Goes to Camp Arthur's Birthday Arthur's Baby D.W.'s Baby D.W. All Fired Up Binky Rules Arthur's Almost Live Not Real Music Festival Arthur's Dummy Disaster The Boy Who Cried Comet Arthur and Los Vecinos The Boy With His Head in the Clouds The Good Sport Elwood City Turns 100 Jenna's Bedtime Blues April 9th Postcards from Buster Big Horns George Arthur Makes Waves When Carl Met George Buster Spaces Out
Arthur is one of the two shows (along with Berenstain Bears) that I liked as a toddler, that I still would watch now as an adult. But Arthur remains my favorite and I like pretty much all the episodes, even from the latest seasons. I think it should come back with the kids all grown up, based on the last episode, and it could be geared more to adults who grew up with the show with adult topics, but remaining wholesome, being more like shows like Full House or Friends.
My personal favorite episode was of Arthur and DW throwing their granny a party after sensing she was lonely. The parents told them to invite granny's personal friends only, but Arthur invited his entire class; I found that absolutely hilarious looking back on it.
It was the episode "Grandma Thora Appreciation Day"
23:45 I’m kind of glad the show ended given the direction was going. Starting with the switch to flash-based animation, and some of the subject matter they covered I think I’m happy watching the OG seasons.
Is this PBG narrating?
I knew watching Arthur on PBS on KLRN-TV 9 cable 10 (the PBS affiliate in the San Antonio, TX, area (I lived at Fort Sam Houston)) on weekday afternoons during the time period when the program first came out in October 7, 1996. It was an weekday afternoon diversion.
My favorite cartoon ♥️♥️♥️
Can you do the history of sesame street
Can you say “P”? All together now: “P”!
Other classic episodes are Arthur's Birthday, Arthur's Baby/D.W.'s Baby, Arthur the Loser, Sue Ellen’s Little Sister and Arthur's Dummy Disaster
Season 1 includes classics such as Arthur's Eyes/Francine's Bad Hair Day, Arthur and the Real Mr. Ratburn/Arthur's Spelling Trubble, DW's Imaginary Friend, Arthur's Birthday, and Arthur's Baby/DW's Baby
1000 words that you could say to people like or fur Arthur
Well this artwork always say please alarm for and thank you
What the fuck did you just say about being sleeping gay peanut butter gamer
This goes to show what happens when a show runs too long and long overstays its welcome. PBS can’t come up with new great ideas no matter how much corporations donate to them. They just push half baked mind numbing garbage or keep the old golden age cartoons on life support until they can’t anymore.
despite the fact that it taught good moral values, it never felt educational to me. It felt like a wholesome animated sitcom for children. The reason I say so is because a lot of educational TV shows made sure you and your parents knew they were education Like "today's lesson is about not stealing, so we're going to drill in your head and flash big neon signs that say don't steal. ", but there were no neon signs in Arthur, it simply said what it had to say and rolled with the punches like a good sitcom should. it felt less like seeing what Barney or Elmo was going to teach you, but more like switching to TGIF or something and seeing what the tanners or Winslow's were going to get up to and watching for Erkel shenanigans.
In the episode Postcards from Buster, show writer Peter K. Hirsch appears, telling Arthur and the gang that the car was towed
You created an excellent video! I was sad to see that you do not have more content.. but if you were going to talk about PBS, then Arthur is the only animation that should be used.
And I'm very disappointed at you alarm Arthur timofey Reid for punching your sister
Are you trying to write a coherent English sentence?

Arthur is talking about PBS KIDS show is on her though
What color is D.W.'s hair?
Arthur talking about tough subjects and having characters that represented all walks of life was one of the things that made the show great. However, there was a definitive change in the show's representation standards with the change of animation and crossed the line with homosexuality. Everything else was fine. But that deserved every bit of negative feedback it received. It's quite telling how back in the early 2000s with Postcards From Buster that an episode about sexuality was banned...yet now it's unapologetically out there in public domain for lots of kids to see. After 2008, indoctrination became evident and increasingly worse. Otherwise, I have to say that this made me feel a mix of emotions as I grew up with Arthur and the fact that the show is gone is just a testament to how old I am.
My mom and my 3 Aunts along with my grandma and grandpa love the show
Bruh what is your problem with Rocko's Modern Life. I'm a PBS fan and think educational content is important but children need wacky and non-educational content too.
In between both halves of Happy Anniversary, it shows the top 10 things people like about Arthur
I wonder if the Matt Damon in the show's universe helped Arthur bring his graphic novel that we see in the finale to life; I could have seen him lend Arthur a hand when it came time to finding publishers for it
You mean Neil gamon? Matt Damon is an actor and Gamon is an author
@@no.con.dom15 Him, too; Matt Damon also guest starred on this show, and his mother was one of the educational consultants for this, too
Tom+Ray Magliozzi guest starred in the episode "Pick A Car, Any Car"
Is the gaming historian commentating?
