Definitely,in soup preset option... this Mixer takes 6 minutes to make PULP as well as to cook. You can directly enjoy the HOT SOUP immediately when the mixer stops as shown in my VIDEO. YOU can observe how SOUP heat waves come out of the jar,when it opens. There is an indicator showing three levels like traffic signals. If you run for a long time.. when the jar and the motor heats up... light turns to red...has to wait for it to cool. But,in all our experience it never stopped in the middle of the preset time though in our soup making video we first ran for 6 minutes and immediately shot another 6 minutes for the video detail.
