Authentic Filipino Recipe - Ginataang Kalabasa at Hipon (Shrimp & Squash in Coconut Milk)
Good day! Today I’ll be sharing with you my version of Easy, delicious and nutritious dish that you can prepare for your family and friends - Ginataang Kalabasa at Hipon (Shrimp & Squash in Coconut Milk).
If you want to make it all veggies, you can omit the shrimps or blend it altogether (excluding the shrimps) to make a satisfying soup for rainy days! 😁💕

Yield: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
150g - 200g string beans (cut to 2 inches)
300g squash (chopped)
Pepper
2-3 green chilli (if using)
1 kilo of medium sized shrimps (cleaned) - Checkout my video on how to clean & prepare the shrimps
Milk of 2 coconuts or 1 pack of Coconut Milk (equivalent to the milk of 2 coconuts)
2 tablespoons of cooked shrimp paste - adjust according to taste

Can you list the supplies used for the basketball pole and hoop? Also the sizes of the balloons.
Can you please share how to make the hoop? I'm giving my son a basketball birthday party for his 16th in November ☺️ I'd really appreciate the help ☺️
Hi good day! For this design, I used an Illustration Board for the back board, Aluminum Wire for the hoop and duct tape to attach the board and wire. Then I covered the hoop with 5 inches balloons inflated to 3 inches. Hope this helps. Goodluck to your son’s birthday!
How did you get the balloons to float in the air
Hi good day! Since we cannot use helium for this project, I used fishing line and masking tape to attach the balloons on the ceiling to make an illussion of floating balloons.
