I was a skinny bullied kid who was visibly scared before going to school every day, I hated every minute of it and now I refuse to let anyone else go through the same thing again so now I post Lessons, Tutorials, and Tips from everything I've learned on my journey about fitness, mindset and looksmaxing to help people in the same situation improve themselves like I did :)

really great video, but I would recommend improving your thumbnails and captions - Try a 3 Split Thumbnail with aesthetic pictures of yourself or your surroundings. When you talk about things, try to include a bit of fitting background music and showing maybe some scenes where you actually do the stuff while talking about it. Also try to make a lil transition between these little topics.

I’ll give you a tip. Bulk up in the winter so you get more power and cut before summer you will get bigger immediately
I dont like bulking or cutting since when your a teenager it can mess with hormones and slow down your growth but deff will once im an adult, rn just on a lean bulk so i only build muscle
@ I mean just to eat more or less especially for your physique if you get some weight you will look like a beast
