Black & Decker PW1570TD high pressure water jet overhaul
Problem: Black & Decker PW1570TD high pressure water jet experience hydraulic oil leaks earlier, later machine running with rough noise and lost pressure
Way forward: To carry out overhaul and replacement of:
1. Bearing set ( ball bearing set with upper and bottom cover)
2. Plunger set (3 pcs plunger c/w spring including mechanical seal)
3. Hydraulic side housing rubber O-ring
Outcome: Machine perfoming good, smooth sound and pressure built up as normal😊

Getah tu apa namanya oil seal ker atau ada lain,tq mantap
Ya, yang paling besar bulat hitam tu oil seal. Klau overhaul, better beli 1 set repair kit penuh, sebab 1 kali bukak. Ganti semua yg wear and tear. Hasil lagi memuaskan, tidak perlu risau leaking lepas bukak pasang😊

I noticed that you used outboard gear oil and you didn't pour much into the machine. How much is required?
Hi Simon, i bought the hydraulic and replacement o ring set from the nearby authorised seller, he recomend to use better gred hydraulic oil that shown in video. The amount of oil required recommended by dealer is the oil lever should enought to cover the plunger cover that shape like "washer".
In some other videos, they used engine oil, e.g motorcycle 4T oil instead of hydraulic oil used by you. Is it possible to use air compressor engine oil? Or gear/axle oil?

Bos minyak kalau isi penuh sama level dgn bearing tu, ada effect apa2 atau jd berat tak motor ?
High possible motor running jadi berat, sebab hydraulic tu agak pekat.
Model2 baru skrg makin kecik je motor pressure washer ni tapi power, saya ad jenis black decker model lama pnya motor gedabak besar n berat, tapi rating pressure 120bar je..
Ya, cuma yang basic model kecil sesuai untuk penggunaan dalam jangka masa pendek. X sesuai dipkai utk berjam jam, motor x tahan panas
