Purpose of that is I dnt want to take market food..bcz it's not healthy oil... So we try to reduce restaurant food as much as possible..nd hotel roti mostly from maida ..and after reaching Dubai anyways we have to eat from outside food only....nd we prefer thepla rather then roti bcz roti becomes stale after one day...but thepla remain as it is upto 3-4 days
