I would maybe try adjusting the level of speed on the lever on the left side, but if that isn't changing the result I would reach out to Greenworks and/or wherever you purchased it. That obviously shouldn't be happening, and the self propelled feature is critical.

I don't think you can, but not sure why you would want to anyway. The alarm is to notify that there is water... which, if you aren't with your phone is still important to know.

Yes, it would require water touching one of the sensors... not sound activated.

@techiesportsdad yes the bolt pro is down right now but I remember how it is I had hacked the controller and bought a 48 v battery changing it's speed from 13 mph to 18 to 22 the take off speed was very fast before it settles
