Ken was on great form that day, although unsure of flying initially he treated us to a display over his front lawn. The house and gardens were almost as much of a treasure as him. Fond memories.

As I watch the camara pan the audience and see the faces of the fans, most of whom have probably loved Madness since the beginning, I imagine how they might've looked when they were what(?), generally about 15 to 21 years old(?) , and they're having fun and remembering- even reliving their youth. And I think would'nt it be great, if for just one night, through some kind of miracle, they could all BE 18,19 years old again (and the band too!) . And they would suddenly look at each other in shock, and then soon-total glee, as they could once again dance like they used to, and their hair has magically returned, and their wives are beautiful and with the rosy glow of their youth, and they're embracing and they're kissing, and there are tears of joy. And the music sadly finally ends.....and they all head to the alleyways for a quick pull, because everything magically works again! : ) Anyway---I think it would be a wonderful movie and of course, starring Madness! CGI could make it come true. : ) God bless you all---all of you wonderful Madness fans!

As the saying goes, Once a Mod always a Mod , it’s a mentality that stays with you , my mom, dad, auntie & uncle were 60s mods, my cousin RIP was a 79 revival mod then I was into the jam, Specials, Who, Style Council, Kinks, Through my cousin listening to his records and my dads northern soul then at 17 Britpop kicked off and I loved Weller, Oasis, Blur, Supergrass, Kula Shaker, OCS, Cast, great times still into it all to this day ✌️✊
