Hi Juan. In this application video, the operator is using cold water only. To speed up the process hot water would be ideal. The nozzle is rated to 90°C. Where are you from so I can direct you to a Mosmatic dealer?

this was 15l/min at 2000psi using a 0006 EG insert nozzle.

The Undercarriage Cleaners (built into the ground - approx. 30cm deep) are connected to a water pump - supplying both 'boxes' with 50-80bar / 30l/min or more to run all 8x nozzles. In most cases the undercarriage cleaners run on a timer and are activated through sensors when driving into the wash. Where are you based? Are you interested in this product for your own wash? @@rbraendle , Thank you for your answer. But I have some problem with my surface cleaner. Is brand new, don’t pomp out the water. I saw some video from power wash with the same surface cleaner. His guy mentioned about sludge socker. That’s why am asking, Thank you for the information.

Hi John, thanks for your msg! I'm afraid won't work to pick up soil. It would block the venturi nozzle which has an orifice of 1.09mm (size 030 nozzle). Best regards Roman

@@rbraendle Thanks Buddy.. we all know Mosmamtic is an excellent product . but it seems their venturi attempt is not as good as we all thought.. its is basically for inside work and outside / external cleaning of surfaces which have little to no debri on them ... the external ports of the falch and the karcher are positioned differently and and allow for heavier soiling to pass through them ... no i do not work for any of them i am a window cleaner ..

@@fensterputzernuernberg Hi John, thanks for the flowers :-) If you have little to medium debris to pick up, you would need to chose one of the following surface cleaner series: FL-AH, FL-AER, FL-ABB. Hi Omar, haven't got the experience myself in particular with muddy basement as when I demoed we were always using on dirty concrete or tiles. What I can say though, if there is too much debris, it can clog up the venturi nozzle and the venturi eventually stops. Hope that helps!

@@rbraendle thank you! That was key information for me. Glad I found your video! I planned on using it to strip decks, but it sounds like the coating being removed would block the venturi. Better off with the vac version. Thanks 👍

Hi Andy, GREAT to hearing from you! As a rule of thumb I recommend to have 700-1200psi pressure with 64l/min or more water flow. These figures apply, if you have two Mosmatic Undercarriage cleaner stationary like in the video above working at the same time. Let me know if I can assist you further

@@chim1231990 Hi Andy, Mosmatic isn't producing pumps, so you would have to source the pump locally with one of the manufacturers/distributors. FYI: You don't have to stick to one particular brand to make the Mosmatic products working. If you provide flow rate and pressure to the manufactuers/distriubtors, they can suggest pumps to you.

Roman Brändle Thank you for your advice, Roman I am stucking to find the manufacturers in Vietnam. They only have the normal machines with pressure around 160bar, but flow rate only 30 liters per minute They said the machines with 50-80 bar pressure and high flow rate (60-80 liters per minute) should be belt types. Is it true?
