Long before Wacken turned to a mainstream, stupid festival like Ozzfest. Underground and true to its purpose (to show actual bands, not idiots). Dimmu Borgir and Gorgoroth, along with the other black metal acts were kings back then. Those were the days where I unfortunately have never lived. The underground, the scene, the bands, the times when black metal had an actual shock value. After the late 2000's I think things evolved in such a way that for me the black metal scene will never be the same again (in a bad way)...

Still in my top 10 list...can't get enough of this song, and so much fun to play. 16 year old me was blown AWAY by Isa when they dropped it. Return to Yggdrasil was always on repeat, I wish it was teh last song on the album so I could have given the rest a chance lol

uploaded for 11 years and still no thumbs down as it should be! This is one my absolute favorite tracks from Enslaved and there's so many epic tracks to pick from \m/ I didn't know who they were till I saw them live and was blown away. Bought 3 cd's from the merch guy right after their set.
