Centric Relation, RCP, ICP and OVD for Complete Dentures
It’s only RCP if that first contact is at the back and mandible slides forward . Some patients the interference is anterior and mandible slides back . RCP is term we should Start to ditch and use first point contact in CR
can i ask , why did you used a Shellac for the base instead making it by using acrstone ?
I am not sure what acrstone is? You could use wax, or light-cured acrylic. The best is to make the definitive base in heat-cured acrylic and add the wax rim to this - although this adds an extra stage. You could also now easily 3D print a base - or mill one.
Thank you for making this video
The best video ✨🥺
Great video, really helpful demonstration. I've been a tech for 3 years, we don't do this level of detail for every job but I'm trying to up-skill.
You are a badass bro I just started making my own and you narration is on point you explain everything. You gave me the confidence to buy my flask. And build my wax model.
Crystal clear explanation thanks

I will donate 20000$
Amazing video❤
❤❤
Greetings sir, i wanted to understand why didn't we make the flanges of shellac as well?
In the clinic, shellac is difficult/ messy to adjust. Wax is easy to work with. We use shellac in the centre to add rigidity and strength
I'm very grateful for your repky sir. And thank you so much for the video.. it's very informative.
great ,please do more vid.
Occlusion made simple, hats off to you 🙌

Jesus Christ is the way to Heaven, let's repent and turn to God because Heaven and Hell are real so choose now for the internal life
With a well-fitting prosthesis you have more chances with Jesus 🤣
Thank you!!!!
Thank you so much for these amazing videos. So simple when you say it like this. My university is making a complete joke of this topic at the moment. Basically just saying a heap of words without explaining any of the Why's. Thank you again!!!!
whats heating materials did you used? for waxcarving
Yes please tell
You can use either a Bunsen burner or an electric induction heater.
Are those aproved to be used for everyday?
They are only used as templates for the trial denture - just to record the ‘measurements’
@@duncanjwood4290 The ignorance of the audience is both frightening and funny. 😅
@@Bor.der.Collie not everyone is a dental technician, and have absolutely no idea what the hell this guy is doing. I'm going for my 1st try in today and I'm terrified as last week was the wax mould and the dentist pulled the top and bottom wax moulds out of my mouth at the same time and she ripped the sides of my mouth.
Great mentoring with easy techniques sir
WHAT A WONDERFUL VIDEO!!!!!!!! PLEASE keep making them!

Can i get this on amazon and what is the cost
@@veronicabelnavis7739What do you want with a wax bite? This is just one step, a template in the creation of the total denture. Every dental technician and every dentist can do this. You learn this during training or at university 😂😂😂
It is shellac, commonly used.
What was the first baseplate material you used.
That's shellac. Horrible stuff.
Oh my god...what a fantastic video..Thank you so much.....
Thank You .Very Helpful !
Can I get like this model?
