What people dont realise is with the latest regulations in France, these properties wont achieve the necessary DPE rating in order to able able to let these properties. The investment required to achieve these ratings along with the additional investment makes these properties worth much less

I think it would be great to live up there. You might be high enough to survive a tidal wave. The only thing when there was an earthquake I think I would be a little worried.

It might be for sale for $25 million but what are the odds someone will pay that amount. I like looking at expensive homes on Zillow for the fun of it and year after year I see a lot of the same expensive homes for sale nationwide. Yeah they’re for sale but nobody buys the majority of them. I wouldn’t pay $25 million for this house if I had it nor do I think its value is $25 million. 3600+ sf for $25 million ?! No way! Not me!
