Hi, it's from the the goodlock app. You can get it from the galaxy store. Then go to "home up". If goodlock is not available in your country there are many tutorials on yt for how to download it using a vpn. Have a great day 💗.

Hi, what was the requirements that samsung service center ask you for the repair? I lost my receipt and im not sure if they will be asking for it or not.
Hi. I didn't have a receipt too. But they do ask for the receipt. Luckily the service center told me that through the imei number they saw in their system that my phone is still covered by the warranty.

I am still very sad about my case. I have the same phone and case as your's but apparently when I was cooking I stained my case with a tomato based sauce and tumeric powder and I can't removed it.
