Hello & thank you! I booked and prepaid through a third-party booking website to get the lowest rate. Yeah, it’s just a 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel Tower! The hotel is also conveniently located near a grocery store (Monoprix), a mall, a movie theatre, and a replica of the Statue of Liberty!

Hello! I visited several Monoprix in Paris and the store layout is indeed different depending on the location. For example, the Beaugrenelle & Commerce locations has a bakery/café inside while others do not. Thanks for your comment and sharing your experience! 🙂

Hello @jackiewebster! Taxi is definitely the faster but the more expensive option. I recommend taking the taxi if you have lots of luggage and/or if you are travelling in a group. The train and metro in Paris is always packed and navigating with a big luggage might be a challenge. I only had a backpack and a duffle bag, so I just took the RER B train (from Charles de Gaulle Airport) and the metro to Bir-Hakeim station. The Novotel hotel is just a 10 min walk from there. Please let me know if you have any other questions, and have a wonderful trip in Paris!

You definitely have to check out Maligne Lake & Spirit Island! One of the highlights for me was the drive itself to Maligne Lake...amazing views! 🤩

Lots of stunning viewpoints along the way! It's a long drive but definitely worth it!
