An incredibly fascinating and informative read written for those who have a masculine essence. This book is one that has impacted and resonated more than almost all other books I have experienced thus far. It hit me very deeply, in essence my mind was blown reading this book. Even on review. I plan to review and integrate this book often.

One of the if not the greatest pieces of literature that has empowered and changed my way of being. The same can be said of other works created by the author, Eckhart Tolle. It has been through the spacious awareness within the present moment that I’ve found myself at my most expanded and grounded self. Perhaps even experiencing brief moments of enlightenment in my meditations.

Yeah the sunglasses thing is a marketing strategy and we should let the full spectrum of light into our optic fibers. I’m trying out the SAD lightning system to see if it helps.

To truly enter into another persons experience is literally the ability to leave our experience. It has been said that a mind can listen to 200 words per minute and the human experience can only be spoken in 60 words per minute. No wonder our mind drifts away from the narrative. To be present with a person you have to strip away all thoughts of self. I appreciate your thoughts about what it means to be present in our relationship with others.
