I got admission letter from university of Goettingen but I'm waiting for embassy appointment , but I'm confused what should do now because if I accept this offer letter and they wants me to pay the fee contribution fee for semester and at the end I'll not have appointment then my fee will be wasted so please give some kind suggestions
