Shitty simulations. Against each town you use same hero. And after first fight. Unit get huge amount of stats from leveling hero, and rangers have better dmg against 2level, than 1 level which make whole comparison useless and time wasting.

This battle is complet error, limited by game calculating code.

You forgot the neutral units. Also. Make sure your heroes has same attack and defense modifiers

As @jakubkosina2310 already pointed out, it's unbalanced. We even see the enemy crusader doing the first strike, so he should win this fight. It's literally the same unit with same amount. This makes this comparison kind of pointless....

The Crusader may be weaker than other top tier units like Dragons, Titans or Phoenixes but I still love his design and sound effects. So cool

Странно что у варвара больше статов чем у рыцаря. Лучше брать с 0 статов у каждого если это возможно. Например с артами на минус или героями с магией у них часто нулевые статы.

The battles would be more accurate using Lv1 Sorceress or Warlocks as heroes, they don't add bonuses to attack, defense, morale nor luck.

This kind of scenario is artificial. By the time you get 9000 crusaders; you've been playing for more than a year of game time and have at least 10 castles. Even the most pathetic spellcaster hero (eg Sorceress) will have attack 20 by this point.

So cool! HoMM 2 is the best part ever in the series. I loved it and still do. Perfect game, perfect soundtrack (the Original one, not the one from the Add-on. The melodies and the opera vocals are so awesome!).

If you don't set to 0 morale and 0 Luck all heroes, this case don't fair this simulations. And you do not show 2 Heroes Atk Def, add to unfair this situations.

What were the hero's attack and defense here? 9000 swordsmen ripping through 9000 cavalry doesn't make much sense on base stats alone.

I think there is no point of such videos as hero stats completely change the real strength of tested units

The knight hero has some stats, unfair fighting club ) Like 10k swordsmans win 10k unicorns with 4.6k swordsmans left )) Or swordsman hits iron golem for -1k golems and golem replies with -2k swordsmans (golem has less dagame than swordsman and nearly equal stats)

ok what I don't understand is how vs the archers their stack became over 21k .... there was only 10k archers and some ghosts died in the exchange where do the extra ghosts come from?

Lol this old game has 32K damage cap and it also seems that ghost mechinics is broken, as there should never be more than 20K ghosts. Please redo the tests with 1000 vs 1000 stacks and also include neutral units.

Sad the half stack did not do what it should have done. Expected the Genies do much more but with the Ghosts it shows how tanky the Hydra's ae and Centenars.

The most important part of HOMM is missing from this video, the music. Also "cheats" are generally programmed into the game itself (eg. IDDQD in Doom.) by the developers and can be used without any external program. What you did here was hacking. (Save game hacking i presume. Thats probably the reason that there's no music. You had to cut the footage together.)
