Note: According to the Urban Development Authority (UDA) Gazette dated July 8, 2021, it is mandatory to obtain Green Building Certification for any building exceeding 1,000 square meters in floor area. This regulation applies to government, semi-government, and private sector buildings alike. Without this certification, buildings exceeding the 1,000 sqm threshold will not receive a Certificate of Conformity (COC)

Post graduate degree සහ post graduate diploma කියන දෙකේ වෙනස මොකක්ද මිස්. මං govenment university එකක ජෙනරල් degree එකක් කරන්නෙ. ( Psycology & media) Psycology walin ඉස්සරහට යන්න නම් degree එකත් එක්ක diploma ekath කරන්න කිව්වා මිස් එයාලා. මට ඒ ගැන තේරෙන්නෙ නෑ. මේ දෙකම මං කරන්න ඕනිද නැත්නම් post graduate diploma එක විතරක් කරන්නද කියලා.🥲 මට ඕනෙ psycology වලින් ඉස්සරහට යන්න. ඒත් path එක තේරෙන්නෙ නෑ යන්න ඕනි. Research masters degree එකකට මේක ටිකක් වෙනස්. Honours bachelor's degree එකක් තියේ නම් work experience බලන්නේ නැහැ. එහෙම නැති degree තියෙන අයගෙ විතරක් අවුරුද්දක work experience බලනව. (මේ SLQF ගැන internet search කරන්න. ඉස්සරහට ඔයාට වැදගත් වෙයි. ඒ වගේම ඔයා කරන්න හිතාගෙන ඉන්න master degree එකක් තියේ නම් අදාල university එකේ website එකට ගිහින් ඒකෙ eligibility criteria එක සහ ඒ master degree එකෙන් ලැබෙන credits ගාණ check කරන්න.) ඔයාගෙ දෙවැනි තුන් වෙනි ප්රශ්න වලට උත්තර පල්ලෙහා කමෙන්ට් වලින් දාන්නම්.
02. ඔයා first degree එක කරන field එකෙන්ම master degree එකක් කරන්න ඕන කියල දෙයක් නැහැ. හැබැයි ඔයාව master degree එකට ගන්න interview එකේදී, ඔයාට justify කරන්න වේවි ඇයි ඔයා වෙන path එකක් master එකට තෝරගත්තෙ කියල. ඒක ලොකු issue එකක් නෙමේ. Master එකක් තෝරගනිද්දී තව අවුරුදු 10-20 ඉස්සරහට ඔයාගෙ අනාගතය ගැන හිතල තෝරගන්න බලන්න. තව, ඒකෙ dissertation එකෙන් research papers කීපයක්වත් publish කරන්න බලන්න. ඔයා පස්සෙ කාලෙක higher education වලට රට යනව නම් ඒක වැදගත් වෙයි. 💚 03. ඕනම master degree ප්රමාණයක් කරන්න පුළුවන්. ලංකාවේ master එකක් කරලා, පිටරට ඒවා කරන්නත් පුළුවන්. 💚
