I went on this ship with this itinerary one month before you did. My best friend and I originally booked this excursion. But we won the last excursion that was given away at the Fun Aboard Fun Ashore presentation. So we got our money back and visited a different Mayan ruins site and made two other stops before having lunch at the final stop. I watched this with great interest. Thanks for sharing.

Well done in keeping under $40.00!! I don't think I'd be able to do that here in Canada with prices being as astronomical as they are. But you did very good! I'd love to see you make the Italian sausage and cabbage bake. Sounds delicious. Cabbage is so good for you and is so cheap- I'm always looking for new ways to use it.

exactly why I use CREDIT CARDS only.................debits are easily hacked.. from what I have read ,you should get your money back.

Do you actually have an account with thrive market? If you don't that's definitely a way to get your money back. You have to have an account with them to order anything. If not I would still try. I'm sorry this happened to you. I know you work so hard on your budgets.

I need to stock up a bit on frozen veg, too. My menu plan for next week is Sunday- pork steaks, mashed potatoes, fried squash, carrots and wheat rolls. Monday is chicken strips, potato wedges, and salad. Tuesday is smoked sausage, baked potato, peas/carrots and salad. Wednesday is my no cook day. Thursday this week is eating out. Friday is tuna salad and chips. Saturday is Hamburgers and fries, salad. I make out monthly menus in pencil in case of a change in plans.

Just an FYI. Bengal Roach spray works really well . If you get ants you can spray it where their paths are and it stops them. I had them coming in my back door and all I did was spray one quick spray at the door and they were gone. Haven’t had anymore try to come in.
